Vinyl: nm  :::: pretty much like new ex   ::::  may have a couple of hardly noticeable  flaws. clean sound.
vg++  :::: close to excellent, might have some hairlines, very subtle interferences with sound here and there
vg+ :::: occasional interferences, possibly light surface noise in few spots. 
vg   :::: occasional to frequent light surface noise
Cover: cc - cut corner srw - slight ring wear (cover) sc - saw cut
toc - tear on cover woc, wol - writing on cover or label
I always mention feel-able scratches that produce repetitive pops - separately.
I grade records under direct bright light. Play-grade if needed. If not - I often play-grade anyway..

 
Most records are professionally cleaned.
