Condition:
Vinyl lp is in clean VG++ to EX (Excellent) visual grade condition with a few extremely faint/ light surface marks from sleeve. Graded directly under a lamp with a very bright light bulb.
Album Cover shows moderate wear (edge/corner wear; top 3 inch seam split;  bottom center seam is splitting about 2 inches, but not quite split; small paper tear on front cover at top right).
The spine is clean and legible.
