The EP consists of a gatefold sleeve, two 7" vinyl singles and a sticker sheet. The label is Big Brother and the record number is RKID37. It was released in 2006. The EP was from a limited run and is numbered 3100.

I have graded the two 7" singles as EXCELLENT. The sleeve is also EXCELLENT. This item is not mint. The seal was broken and the records have been played two or three times.
