Mid-2000's (?) release of SMILE sessions and out-takes.  I have owned this for 7+ years, and I do not believe it was released much earlier than the time I purchased it. The cover spine is stamped 'ST-9002'. The rear top-right corner of the cover is stamped 'T-9002'. The vinyl is indeed marbled, but only slightly so. The labels contain no track listings or credits. The red platter contains sides one and two; the blue disc contains sides three and four; the green disc contains sides five and six. Included are 1) 18 1/2" X 18 1/2"  full-color SMILE poster, 2) 7-page packet of session notes.
Grading is subject to YOUR eyes and ears, backed by my return policy (see below). Regardless of what anyone says, there is no OBJECTIVE standard for grading used records. I have complete CONFIDENCE in my assessment but I am more than happy to accomodate yours. Between us, you are the Record God.
I do not give out grades above vg+ for anything that has been removed from its original packaging.
