THE UNDERTONES Teenage Kicks (2008 issue UK '30th Anniversary Edition' 4-track digitally remastered 7" vinyl EP - on the 16th June 1978 The Undertones, recorded the 'Teenage Kicks' EP for Terri Hooley's Good Vibrations label.
It was John Peel whofirst played 'Teenage Kicks' on 12th September 1978 and subsequently captured a nation's heart. 'Teenage Kicks' is virtually synonymous with John Peel - the man is rumoured to have blubbered like a baby upon first hearing and of course publicly stated that it was his all time favourite song.
To celebrate the 30th Anniversary of this legendary EP, Salvo are proud to present a special reissue including 'Smarter Than U', 'True Confessions' & 'Emergency Cases; presented in an individually numbered cardboard outer sleeve complete with splendid reproduction of the original fold-out poster sleeve).
