This listing is for a 71-74 reissue of the Beatles LP 'Rubber Soul'. This copy features the silver / black Parlophone label with two EMI logos and 'Gramaphone' rimtext.

These copies were the last opportunity people got to enjoy the original 1965 stereo press before later issues came in using much thinner, inferior vinyl. These copies were still on lovely, thick vinyl and used the original master plates, mothers and matrixes. Today these copies are a fantastic and inexpensive way to enjoy the original 1965 stereo sound without breaking the bank!

This copy is in a truly wonderful condition!

The cover is holding up really nicely as you can see in the photos below. The front has a great, rich to it and the laminate is very clean. All seams are holding perfectly and the spine is completely undamaged. The back is white with just a hint of disc impression and a few light brown spots in place. But overall is looking very nice! Inner Sleeve Condition The inner sleeve is in EX condition. The inner sleeve is clean and predominantly flat with just a little disc impression and light browning around the edges. There's a small split in the middle of the bottom seam. Inserts Condition - Disc Condition
(VISUALLY GRADED) The disc is in NM- condition. The disc has a beautiful, crisp shine to it and looks gorgeous with just a little very light, barely visible scuffing in places. Overall, looking awesome! Label Condition The labels are in M- condition. Absolutely flawless with no visible spindlewear or anything. Top labels!

 

All records have been visually graded under a strong, 125W natural light desk lamp.
