Here is an lp, The Grateful Dead~Blues For Allah~ vinyl w/insert. It is by U.A. Records, 1975 GD-LA494-G. The jacket has a small 1/4 inch slit on the right hand side toward bottom. The vinyl album is in excellent, near mint condition. The sleeve and insert are near mint. Do not think they were used at all. Selling as is, as described. Just great.
