MAMA CASS ELLIOT "The Good Times Are Coming" b/w "Welcome To The World" 45 & picture sleeve. This is from 1970 on ABC Dunhill D-4253 & comes with the original picture sleeve. This is a rare white label promo. Please make sure to check out the photos because they are part of the description.

Super nice!! Condition/Picture Sleeve : This sleeve is in VG+ to VG++ condition with some light record indentation & some light soiling but otherwise this looks great. This is very flat & crisp and there is no writing or seam splits. (see photo below).

Condition/Vinyl : The vinyl shines like new with all of its original gloss & is in NM condition on both sides & looks unplayed.

Condition/Labels : The labels are in NM condition.
