This US version of the picture sleeve was never released or sold to the public. The printing production of this sleeve was deemed "unacceptable" by Prince, and the record company ordered the sleeves to be destroyed. A friend of mine who worked for the printing company, located in Terre Haute, Indiana, secretly saved a few before they were destroyed as ordered.
These are very rare, very few are known to be in circulation. According to the vintage vinyl record collectors guide, "Goldmine Price Guide to 45 RPM Records", this pairing was unreleased in the US, but exists in some European countries with similar numbers.
