THE STROKES ; " Is This It " 
This is my personal copy of the original 2001 issue of the album released by Rough Trade Records. I am not a dealer, I have owned it from new and it has not been played. 
It has been carefully stored in heavy a PVC sleeve out of direct sunlight.
The vinyl would be described as near mint given it is not factory sealed. However the vinyl is unplayed and unmarked, even in strong light. The mat textured picture sleeve is also unmarked, with no creases or folds. It has crisp corners and edges.There are no ringmarks on the sleeve. The sleeve would also be described as near mint.
