Matrix / Runout (Runout Side A [Etched]): BEGA 70 A-1 MT Townhouse DMM
Matrix / Runout (Runout Side B [Etched]): BEGA 70 B-1 MT2 Townhouse DMM
Condition - Very Good (see attached images) - some minor rubbing to cover extremities.
Small reference number written top right on inner sleeve, and slight fingermark on inner sleeve picture side.

All vinyl will be sent in 12" record mailer with card stiffeners.

Returns - Buyer has 14 days after receiving the item to return it. Buyer pays for postage.
