Up for auction is a vinyl LP of Van Morrison's Van the Man, which includes four songs from his incredible live performance at the Pacific High Recording Studio in October 1971 as well as one track from The Fillmore West in 1970 and an utterly amazing, unreleased, 18-minute jam session outtake from the original His Band and the Street Choir album recording sessions from 1970.  
Seriously, this record is worth it just for Caledonia Soul Music, that 18-minute outtake.  It's one of the greatest songs I've ever heard (commonly referred to as "My Jam.").  Whenever I play this for friends, they're always blown away.  It's soulful and groovy and almost entirely instrumental, with Van sporadically throwing in some words and soulful grunts and growls.  Perfect to listen to on a lazy Sunday afternoon or when you feel your life is getting out of control...it'll bring you right back down to earth and put you in a great mood!

Record is in excellent condition and plays perfectly, without any skips.  Jacket is in near mint condition, with only slight soiling and a crease in the bottom right corner.
