Just so you know:  I have been in the music business all my life(retired musician -play music for 40+ years) and have recorded many 45's/records but I AM NOT an expert on grading vinyl, but I will describe this item to the best of my ability...PLEASE VIEW ALL PICTURES AS THEY ARE PART OF THE DESCRIPTION.   Thank you.
What I have here for you(based on my research) is an absolute obscure 45 record that was recorded at Valmon Recording studios in Austin Texas. 
Based on my research, "I'll NEVER SMILE AGAIN" is a song written by Ruth Lowe, but its been said that the most successful and best-known version of the song was recorded by Tommy Dorsey.
When you win this auction and play this 45 by this obscure band from the 60's "RAY And The Dreamers", YOU tell me if Mr.Dorsey or Frank Sinatra and his Orchestra sound better than RAY And The Dreamers (Rudy vocalist)...this song sounds awesome,SUPER FANTASTIC by this band.
What I have here for you is TRUE Chicano, Northern Soul Music that is truly hard to find. This record was played one last time (on both sides) in the record player that you see in the pictures to double check on the condition before being packed.
This record IS NOT IN MINT CONDITION NOR NEW OLD STOCK, but it is in super nice condition for its age that IF YOU would tell me to grade it from 1 to 10, I  probably would give it an 8 as it does have some light surface scratches, but nothing that affects play.

The label as you can see in the pictures is in very nice condition.  The sleeve is all white(not original to this 45).
NOTE: This particular 45 record and the band itself is very, very hard to find that I don't know if you will see another             one for sale anytime soon.
