Always kept in a plastic sleeve since new so only a few minor marks on sleeve considering it’s 25 yrs old.
Sleeve is excellent condition
Disc is excellent condition
I bought this Album new when it was 1st released and it is a genuine original .
Disc has markings on the run off grooves:
A side shows : STUMM 106 A1
B side shows : STUMM 106 B1 TOWNHOUSE
As far as I’m aware this is a 1st edition but I’m not an expert
