Ian A. Anderson, Book of Changes LP Album, Blues/Folk Rock, Original 1970 UK 1st press, EX to Ex+ as close to mint as you can get. Fontana STL 5542. Final Upgrade.

I have been a collector of vinyl for a very long time and am now at the stage where I need to start selling my collection. I have only collected records that were in good condition or better, unless they were very rare. All of my records will be play tested (played on a vintage Toshiba deck) as well as being accurately described visually. Please feel free to contact me for any further information.

NB: please note, if any record, or multiple records are more than £60 in value, insured postage will have to increase to £8.00 fully insured and signed for.

This rare and seldom seen album is overall what I would rate as excellent to excellent plus condition, most would grade it near mint.

The album cover still has it's original glossy finish with very minimal surface wear if any at all. I really couldn't see any imperfections at all, although I always fall on the side of caution. The only thing against it is a small sticker on the rear top right hand corner. This is really not a detraction from the overall condition.

The inner is the original with all the relevant date stamps and in very good condition having only a few minor creases.

The vinyl itself is in excellent condition with the original shiny glossy sheen. It looks as though it has only been played a few times. There are a few faint almost barely visible surface whisps, probably from removal from the sleeve. The label is clean with barely even any spindle marks visible.

The vinyl play tested beautifully with only the faintest little clicks and static in the very quietest parts. I think these are inherent in the original pressing rather than from over playing and certainly don't effect the overall enjoyment or sound. You would be hard pressed to find one in better condition, final upgrade...

Please note; in the unlikely event that there is a problem with the Lp when you receive it, you can return the Lp in the same substantial packaging it was sent, for a full refund. Return postage costs are met by the buyer only. Thank you and good luck.
