Here on Warner Bros. records 2BSK 3257 from 1978 is John Williams composing and conducting a 2 lp gatefold set of Superman The Movie which starred Christopher Reeve as Superman with Marlon Brando, Gene Hackman, Margot Kidder and others. The gatefold sleeve has a record bin notch (please see pic) other wise VG along with the 2 inner sleeves which have color stills from the movie and they are in VG+ condition. The records visually appear VG+ and play extremely well. Please look at the pictures and feel free to ask any questions, I wipe records with a microfiber cloth I do not chemically clean them, this I leave to the discretion of the new owner. Record playback quality will be highly influenced by type of turntable, cartridge and tracking force used. I use the Vintage Jazz Mart (VJM) guide to grading:      N(78)M(LP)-As new and unplayed, 78's extremely rarely, LP only sealed      E+(78)VG+(LP)-Plays like new, with very, very few signs of handling, such as tiny scuffs from being slipped in and out                                of the jacket.      E(78)VG(LP)-Still very shiny, near new looking, with no visible signs of wear but a few inaudible scuffs and scratches.      E-(78)VG-(LP)Still shiny but without the luster of a new record, a few light scratches. LP-Some wear, scratches and                                scuffs, but no skips or repeat grooves.      V+(78)G+(LP)-This is an average condition 78 in which scuffs and general use has dulled the finish somewhat. Wear                               is moderate but playing is generally free from distortion. Surface noise not overly pronounced. LP-                                     Below average with scuffs and scratches on fewer than half the tracks. No skips or repeat grooves.      V(78)G(LP)-Moderate, even wear throughout, but still very playable.
