I HAVE ADDED 11 PHOTOS FOR YOU TO SEE THE CONDITION OF THESE 10 ICONIC NEIL DIAMOND ALBUMS! 12". 12 LPs.
Going through the albums one by one, here are the details:
DOUBLE ALBUM - Love at the Greek:  Recorded Live at the Greek Theatre - Columbia KC2 34404 - Gatefold jacket has some light dog-ears, edge wear, crescents from vinyl beneath, scuffing.   Overall jacket is VG. Record are both NM.  Labels have some small pen markings. This album comes with lyric/liner note sleeves. I don't grade sleeves, I just play it safe and call them all worn.    Tap Root Manuscript - Universal City - Gatefold jacket has very heavy spine wear with splitting and fraying, a name penned onto back cover, scuffing.   The inside of the jacket is blank with a "stucco" texture; is it supposed to be this way?  There is a booklet with this album included.  Overall jacket is (assuming the inside is supposed to be blank) G+. Record is VG+, with some faint surface scratches that don't affect play.    As I briefly stated this album comes with a booklet. I don't grade booklets, I just play it safe and call them all worn.
The Jazz Singer:  Original Songs from the Motion Picture - Capitol/EMI SWAV-12120 - Gatefold jacket has some light dog-ears, edge wear (with some torn print on and near edge), crescents from vinyl beneath, scuffing.   Overall jacket is VG.  Record is VG+, with some faint surface scratches that don't affect play.  This album comes with a liner note sleeve. I don't grade sleeves, I just play it safe and call them all worn.
Beautiful Noise - Columbia PC 33965 - Gatefold jacket has some light dog-ears, heavy edge wear (with fraying on top edge), thick crescents from vinyl beneath, heavy scuffing.  Also, some glue that holds some top edges together have come unglued (this is not the same as splitting; this is an easy fix). Overall jacket is VG-.  Record is VG+, with some faint surface scratches that don't affect play.  This album comes with a liner note sleeve. I don't grade sleeves, I just play it safe and call them all worn.
Gold:  Recorded Live At the Troubadour - MCA 1683 - Jacket has some light dog-ears, edge wear, crescents from vinyl beneath, scuffing.   Overall jacket is VG.  Record is VG+ (PLAY TESTED), with some faint surface scratches that don't affect play but for a little hiss.
DOUBLE ALBUM - Hot August Night:  Recorded In Concert At the Greek Theatre, Los Angeles - MCA 2-8000 - Gatefold jacket has some light dog-ears, edge wear, thick crescents from vinyl beneath, heavy scuffing.   Overall jacket is VG.  Record with sides 2 & 3 are VG+ with some surface scratches that don't affect play.  Record with Sides 1 & 4 are VG- (PLAY TESTED), with some scratches that have a little hiss and pop.   Labels have some small pen markings.
Headed for the Future - Columbia OC 40368 - UPC:  07464-40368-1 - Jacket has it's original shrink, with some tearing.  On that shrink is a sticker of featured songs.  Jacket has a cutout (hole-punch through bar-code), some light dog-ears, light open edge wear, light crescents from vinyl beneath.   Overall jacket is VG+.  Record is EX.  This album comes with a liner note sleeve.  I don't grade sleeves, I just play it safe and call them all worn.
His 12 Greatest Hits - MCA-1489 - UPC:  076732-1489-1 - Jacket has some light dog-ears, creases running across back near top and bottom, edge wear, crescents from vinyl beneath, light rust colored stains on back, scuffing.   Overall jacket is VG.  Record is VG (PLAY TESTED), with some surface scratches that don't affect play beyond light hiss and pop.
12 Greatest Hits Vol.II - Columbia TC 38068 - UPC:  07464-38068-1 - Jacket has some light dog-ears, light small creases, light crescents from vinyl beneath, scuffing.   Overall jacket is VG+.  Record is EX.  This album comes with a liner note sleeve.  I don't grade sleeves, I just play it safe and call them all worn.
Neil Diamond's Greatest Hits - BANG BLPS-219-Stereo - Jacket has some moderate dog-ears, heavy edge wear (including some splitting top and center), crescents from vinyl beneath, small stains on back, scuffing.   Overall jacket is G++.  Record is VG- (PLAY TESTED), with some scratches on side 1 that cause some hiss and pop but no skips.

We use Goldmine® visual grading, which breaks down like this (please do read through this record grading if you are not familiar with it):
M (mint) Record is new, shiny, never played.
NM (near mint) Record is like new, probably played a few times, but it doesn't effects on the quality of a sound.
EX (excellent) Record in great shape, may have light marks, played more than a few times but low in surface noise or no surface noise.
VG+ (very good plus) Record has been played more times, it has more marks and surface noise, it doesn't skip.
VG (very good) Record has been played many times, may be more surface noise, but it shouldn't skip while playing.
G (good) Record is in bad condition, this is worth only for archive items - just to have that until you find better.
P (poor) Record is a mess and probably will skip (Goldmine doesn't actually offer a "poor" rating but this is how we would describe POOR).
REGARDING DUST - IF YOU ASK 5 DIFFERENT RECORD COLLECTORS THEIR PREFERRED WAY TO REMOVE DUST YOU WILL GET 5 DIFFERENT ANSWERS AND EACH MIGHT BE OFFENDED BY THE OTHER COLLECTORS METHOD OF REMOVING DUST. SO WHEN I SEE DUST ON A VINYL I SELL IT AS IS BUT I TRY TO LET YOU KNOW IN THE LISTING IF YOUR VINYL NEEDS A LIGHT OR HEAVY DUSTING.
WHEN I SHIP RECORDS I SHIP THEM ON TOP OF THE JACKET, NOT INSIDE. BELIEVE IT OR NOT, THIS IS THE COMMON AND PREFERRED WAY TO SHIP A RECORD. THIS KEEPS IT FROM CUTTING THROUGH THE CLOSED SIDES OF THE JACKET DURING SHIPPING. I SHIP IN CARDBOARD RECORD BOXES AND I USE BUBBLE WRAP (WHEN THE BOX ALLOWS ROOM FOR IT; OTHERWISE RECORDS ARE SNUG AND SAFE ENOUGH WITHOUT IT) TO ENSURE YOUR ITEM ARRIVES SAFELY.
