SOLO CLARINET WITH THE NEW YORK PHILHARMONIC ORCHESTRA Tracy A. Sugarman Cover Art Design Robert McGinnis was Principal clarinet of the NBC Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Arturo Toscanini and also taught at Juilliard. From 1948-1960, he was the principal Clarinetist in New York Philharmonic Orchestra when this lp was pressed.
