Muddy Waters at Newport 1960 Vinyl LP Original Chess Black Label
Vinyl = Definitely has some scratches and swirls of wisps. But, it still has pretty high gloss and the marks are mostly superficial. It plays a solid VG, music overpowers any crackles. Visually, more G+. There's a blemish on the last track "Goodbye Newport" that causes slight more crackling than the rest. Deep groove mono record still plays well with mono set up.
Cover = ring wear, some light marker on front, staining and pen mark on the back, 2" bottom center seam split. Not too bad overall, G+.
One of the most important blues records of all time, here in its rare and original form. Not the best condition visually, but plays well. Nice for the budget collector!
