Title: It Might As Well Be Swing

Condition: Vinyl - NM- / Sleeve - VG+

Description:

PROMO VERSION - Frank Sinatra & Count Basie - IT MIGHT AS WELL BE SWING, arranged by Quincy Jones on Reprise Records F-1012 Mono 33 RPM Vinyl pressing.  This copy of a Promotional white label is in NM- condition with only a few minor blemishes overall. The play surfaces are very glossy and the labels are very clean with some slight needle run-out on the far inside of the labels. The white labels are very legible. There is a yellow marking on side A where it looks like a crayon was touched to the play surface while playing. This mark does not affect play in any way. The sleeve is in VG+ condition and would be closer to EX if not for some markings from a previous owner who drew a mustache on Frank on the front cover and a few black marker numbers on back. Front cover has a sticker reading "Promotion-Not For Sale". A small crease on the bottom right portion of the front cover. Corners and edges have minor wear but look very nice overall.

Play Test:

The record sounds absolutely amazing. Sinatra and Basie really do a nice job of combining their respective talents and the fusion that persists from that is really cool to experience. Great depth and mix of vocal and instrumentals throughout. The record is arranged by Quincy Jones.
