Cover has corner & edge wear, corner cut, no splits (see photos).  Vinyl is in better than very good condition - shiny/glossy vinyl with only a couple fine marks (occasional background noise in quiet parts/between songs), no ticks, no skips. 
Notes Red label with circular Columbia and 'eye logo' around edge.
Label shows CS 9216 on left and XSM 111091/111092 on right.

First catalog number on spine, label, front and rear sleeve. Second catalog number on sleeve front and rear only.
