Sleeve is in excellent condition. Slight 1/4 inch tear in bottom right corner. Back has some discoloration on right side.
Prior owners initials are on back left side (pic 3)
Record is Very Good + . There are a handful of very small light scratches that will not affect play.
Inner sleeve has a tear through on opposite side, but is in otherwise excellent crisp condition.
Record label on side 2 has remnants of a piece of tape (pic 10)
I don't think the record has been played much. Stored in a box in an A/C room for 50+ years.
