Phillips 3528.  Stairway To Nowhere/ Raining The Blues.  A visual grade is VG with light surface wear.  See last photo for surface condition.  A play grade is VG++.  Sound clips of both sides are below.
I will be away from March 23, 2020 through April 1, 2020 and will not be able to ship during this time.  I will ship any sales during this time as soon as possible when I return.
Save on shipping with multiple wins.  For domestic shipping each additional CD is 25 cents.  For international shipping I need to calculate based on weight.  The rate increase can be dramatic.  As an example an 8 oz. package costs $14.50 and a 9 oz. package costs $24.50.  That kind of jump makes no sense to me but that's the USPS for you.  If bidding on multiple items just request an invoice when you're done and I'll send an invoice with the adjusted shipping.
The US Postal Service increased shipping rates again on 1/26/20.  Everything went up across the board but rates to Canada, Australia and Japan went up the most.  Please check shipping cost before bidding.  Thanks.
GRADING
Near Mint or Mint Minus:  My top grade.  The record or cover will show the most minimal of wear.  The record will have top gloss.  The cover will be free from any ring wear, splits, or handwriting.
VG++ :  Not quite Near Mint but a super clean, desirable record.
VG+ :  The record or cover will show signs of wear but no significant defects.
VG  :  Obvious signs of wear but the record still has life in it.  VG does not mean beat.
VG Minus  :  The record or cover will show moderate to heavy wear.  For a common record this would not be an acceptable grade.  For an in-demand, rare record it should be considered.
Good  :  Very heavy wear.  This grade would only be acceptable if the record is rare enough that you might not see another copy available for sale.
