If the waiting is not possible, please contact us prior to buying to know if it is possible to ship faster.

Shipping within Canada and to the United States is done via standard mail (no tracking) when possible, and when not possible via tracked packet or expedited parcel with tracking, depending on size, weight, or item in question. International shipping for large items or collectables is only done via registered mail. Therefore, international buyers please ask for a shipping quote before making any purchases as it might be more expensive.

12. If an item gets damaged by the post office, the post office should be contacted about it for a complaint as the post office is responsiblesfor the safe delivery that a buyer paid for and it is the same if an item gets lost. Some of the shipping services available includes insurance and a tracking number, as explained on #10 and 11, to make sure that the item is received and to avoid any other difficulties.
13. Seller is responsible, after a buyer has paid, to ship to them the exact listed item that they paid for. An item that differs from the one listed won't be shipped or incorrectly listed. Therefore, please ask any particular questions prior to buying as once an item it's shipped, the seller responsibility it's completed.
14. Items are always packed very carefully to prevent any damage during shipping to protect any purchase as much as possible.
15. If there is any difficulty with the item (lost or damaged) please contact us to reach a solution. If, for some reason, the post office service damages an item and both buyer and seller mutually agree for an item to be returned, buyer pays shipping to send the item back.
16. Boxes and envelopes are recycled to ship items so shipping amount is the actual shipping amount plus the respective ebay and paypal shipping fee. In the inability to pack an item with recycled material, buyer will be contacted, prior to either sending the invoice or sending the item, to have his agreement about packing material bought that will be added to the invoice along with the shipping amount.
17. No profit is made out of shipping. Ebay now charges a fee on shipping therefore any additional amount on shipping are both ebay shipping fee and then the paypal fee on that one, both which are not reflected on buyer's invoices.
18. Sometimes it happens that the shipping amount can be higher or lower. If the shipping amount charged (excluding both ebay and paypal shipping fee) is higher, a partial refund is always done of the extra shipping amount charged.
19. Any taxes charged by ebay or upon delivery are at the buyer responsibility and not the seller.
20. For any other questions feel free to send a message.
