…HERE IS AN ORIGINAL UK PRESSING OF THIS SEMINAL STUDIO ALBUM BY MILES DAVIES, SPLITTING OPINION SOMEWHAT WHEN IT WAS RELEASED WITH THE JAZZ CROWS A BIT SHOCKED BY SOME OF THE MORE ROCK MUSIC LEANINGS TOWARDS THE IMPROVISING AND GENERAL EXPERIMENTAL NATURE OF THE COMPOSITION BUT WOW IT HAS REALLY STOOD THE TEST OF TIME AND SOUNDS JUST AS GROUND BREAKING TODAY AS IT DID IN 1970
CONDITION WISE REALLY IT'S PRETTY STRONG OVERALL, BOTH RECORDS HAVE BEEN DEEP CLEANED ON A RCM TO REMOVE JUST A LITTLE SURFACE LINT, THE SURFACES LOOK CLEAN AND RETAIN A STRONG GLOSS FINISH, ON INSPECTION THERE IS ONLY AN OCCASIONAL LIGHT WISPY HAIRLINE MARK OR VERY LIGHT RUB / SURFACE MARK REALLY NOTHING SERIOUS AND FREE OF NASTY SCRATCHES, NICKS, MOLD, DAMP SPOTS, INGRAINED DUST, SOILING AND THE MORE OBVIOUS COMMON SIGNS OF POOR HANDLING, THE LABELS SHOW ONLY A HANDFUL OF FAINT SPINDLE MARKS EACH SIDE, THERE IS ALSO THE NAME OF THE PREVIOUS OWNER WRITTEN ON THE LABELS 
THE RECORDS SIT FLAT AND PLAY THROUGH WELL WITH A STRONG SOUND, THERE IS SOME LIGHT SURFACE PRESENCE IN THE OPENING GROOVES / PASSAGES BUT REALLY NOTHING TOO INTRUSIVE OR EVEN CLOSE TO OVERPOWERING HERE, YOU CAN ALSO HEAR A LITTLE IN A SOFTEST SECTION OF MUSIC JUST SOME LIGHT BACKGROUND PRESENCE WHICH MIGHT BECOME A LITTLE MORE PRONOUNCED MOMENTARILY IN ONE OF THESE QUIETEST PARTS, PERHAPS AN OCCASIONAL POP OR RUN OF CLICKS FOR A FEW ROTATIONS, I'VE LISTENED TO PRETTY MUCH THE ENTIRE ALBUM AND OVERALL IT IS A VERY RESPECTABLE COPY WITH JUST SOME LIGHT LIMITATIONS COMMON WITH USED RECORDS OF THIS AGE AS MENTIONED BUT REALLY NOTHING SERIOUS OR OUT OF THE ORDINARY, THE HIGHER FREQUENCIES ARE BRIGHT AND STRONG WITHOUT CLIPPING AND DISTORTION AND THE BASS FILLS OUT AND HOLDS NICELY, OVERALL A NICE EXAMPLE OF THIS ALBUM ON ORIGINAL VINYL PRESSING WHICH ALTHOUGH HAVING SEEN SOME USE HAS CLEARLY BEEN CAREFULLY HANDLED AND STORED OVER THE YEARS
THE SLEEVE HAS A NAME WRITTEN ON THE FRONT AND SOME LIGHT GENERAL AGE AND SHELF WEAR BUT WITHOUT ANY MAJOR DEFECTS TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES...

VINYL GRADING FOR SINGLE ITEMS
I only list items on their own that are in an overall great condition, that look clean, play well and will make a nice addition to a collection.
Anything dusty, soiled, damp, mouldy, scratched or obviously that has not been cared for I don't bother with!
I include a brief note above and do give most of them a bit of a spin as I list them and use the standard 'Record Collector' grading terms conservatively.
EXCELLENT - The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packag­ing might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD - The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable sur­face marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

Please check my feedback and see I have a good reputation here on eBay selling used media; I take it seriously and look after my customers.
That said I prefer not to deal with totally OCD collector types who will be upset about a spec of dust, minor crease or some minor fleeting limitation in playback - they are used analogue items, many well over 30 years old (like me hehe) not digital streams or CD's.
