Walt Disney country bear jamboree Book and record. (Now a highly collected piece)

Please see photos, this is in used condition. It is a vintage item, and does have light signs of use.

CASE
Record case has good color, you can read everything,  minimal signs of use on ends. Still holds record as it is supposed to.
BOOK
All pages are bright and colorful, they are completely able to be read. The book has a rip in the upper corner of first page. All 11 pages of the book are there. As you can see some of the pages were comming loose, and we're taped a long time ago. (You can see where it was taped on front page binding, and last page binding). ALSO ON LAST BLANK PAGE OF BOOK IS THE NUMBER 3994 IN BOTTOM CORNER (SHOWN IN LAST PHOTO)
RECORD.
Record lable is clear, readable, and has good color. Record has some light scratches/signs of use, example shown in last photo.

I am not certain how to clean the record, as I have never used them. And since it is vintage I will leave that up to the buyer.

This item was bought second hand, and has been sitting in the attic for many years. I cannot say what type of environment it came from before we had it. (But we do not smoke and do not have pets in our home) Please note that I am not a record expert, I do not know how to grade records and their condition. (I apologize in advance)
