PRINCE Space (1995 US only 5-track vinyl 12" including Universal Love Radio Remix, Universal Love Remix, Funky Stuff Remix, Acoustic Remix & Funky Stuff Dub, great picture sleeve).
The remixes, provided by Prince himself, focus less on merely remixing and rather focus on what else can be done with the 'image' of the lyrical and thematic content. Funky Stuff and Universal Love remixes both feature redone and/or completely new lyrics, though still in the vein of the original. I feel like Prince really wanted to say something with this single, not only because he did the remixes himself.
The acoustic mix, as well, is just great; it's essentially the album version, but some of the electronics have been replaced, of course, with an acoustic guitar (if you like his acoustic remix of 7, you'll really enjoy this I suspect).
