Mr. Bennett has stated that he sold this album door-to-door in the Miami, Florida, area (the title is a reference to a park in Coconut Grove).

This self-issued Lp is a mix of singer-songwriter rock, not-so-mellow rock, and acid folk, with lots of good guitar leads.

It is also autographed by the artist.
