For sale is a good listeners copy of Dylan’s folk rock masterpiece. A rare 1st stereo pressing that has 9 photos on the inside of the gatefold including one of Italian actress Claudia Cardinale. It was removed on later pressings to avoid legal action.
The vinyl is play graded VG-. All 4 sides have noticeable surface marks and scratches, some deeper than others. Record 1 has background noise and crackling at parts but nothing too overwhelming. Still an enjoyable listen. No skips or jumps. Record 2 plays closer to VG. Some faint background noise but no crackling and free of skips and jumps. Please see pics.
The gatefold cover is in VG- condition. There is some shelf wear consisting of a faint ring on the front and a more pronounced one on the back. There is writing on the front on the top right. On the back there is a part of the cover photo that is scratched off. There are small creases on the front towards the bottom near the fold. The corners and seams have wear but no seam splits and title side is mostly legible. Keeps records safe. Please see pics.
