Nice cover, very minor edge wear - no splits (see photos).  Vinyl is in excellent condition - glossy, no marks, no ticks, skips, and plays through flawlessly.

Notes Record is housed in a gatefold sleeve with a printed inner of featuring black and white photography. Included is an 8 page booklet of artwork, lyrics, and credits in the style of a 1920's medical book.

Catalogue number "E 66900" is printed on the spine and the record's face labels, "66900" is printed on the printed booklet.
