Factory Sealed but seal does have a slight rip on front between the two pics
I have alot of these type of albums that i picked up at a local estate sale.
Unfortunately i do not know how to grade so will not even attempt to grade these but if i see a very noticeable scratches i will let you know
Will be shipped between heavy cardboard for protection
