Minor Threat - In My Eyes - 7" - 3rd Press - 1 of 2000 - Dischord #5 - Blue Label.
This is out of my personal collection and has remain unplayed for years to keep the integrity of the vinyl.
Matte cardstock picture sleeve, both original inserts included.  Sleeve has some ungluing (not a seam split) and can be repaired if so desired.
