I purchased this LP when it was new & sealed and it's only been played a few times. Please note that this version did not come with the stickers, and I no longer have the download card. 
Includes: clear LP, outer sleeve, original inner sleeve/insert, clear outer sleeve for protection, plain white inner sleeve (for shipping so the LP will not move around in the original insert while in transit) 

LP: I play tested both sides on my system. I had no issues with skipping, but there was some light surface noise. Some of the surface noise did lighten up after I cleaned both sides.  
Outer sleeve: The integrity of the outer sleeve is strong and is in great condition. There's some light shelf wear, but mostly just on the corners (see provided photos). 

Insert/inner sleeve: Original insert is included and is very sturdy and in great condition (see photos). 
I am happy with the condition of this LP, but for your peace of mind I do accept returns if you have any problems.
