SAMHAIN III November Coming Fire RARE ORIGINAL 1st PRESSING Vinyl LP Plan9 Carolyn RECORDS. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Media Mail.
From original owner, grading it as a VG+ as there is minor scuffing/very light scratches from taking it in and out of the sleeve when viewed under bright light - but no deep or play impacting scratches. I just listened all the way though (and ripped it) and heard no pops or other issues.
The cover shows only slight wear as it was kept in a sleeve - not bad for a 35 year old record! The paper insert with lyrics/photos looks like new. The blank white sleeve has some crumples but is intact (and easily replaced).
View all photos and ask any questions needed before bidding, and research the first pressing notes at Discogs (below) to ensure this is a match with this item and what you are looking for.
* Note that ALL original and early pressings have one spot in the first song that may skip or loop - I've found that it depends on which turntable/cartridge/stylus I use - one of my MCS tables gets caught in a loop of the same 4 measures unless I move the needle; my other MCS table plays right through with no issue.
I do not take returns so read the following notes on Ebay record grading and Discogs description of this pressing so you can be sure this is the item you need.

Pressed on thick opaque vinyl (approx. 160gram).
EPD in deadwax is the logo for Europadisk, the company that plated the lacquers and made the original stampers. All subsequent US pressings have the EPD logo because it was stamped into the father plates, but only the first pressing was plated at EPD.
This version has a pressing flaw which causes a skip during the first track.
The guitar riff in the bridge to "Unbridled" was taken directly from the cartoon theme song for "Courageous Cat And Minute Mouse"

EBAY GRADING OF VG+:
Very Good Plus (VG+) will show some signs that it was played and otherwise handled by a previous owner who took good care of it.
Record surfaces may show some signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches that don't affect one's listening experiences. Slight warps that do not affect the sound are "OK".
The label may have some ring wear or discoloration, but it should be barely noticeable. The center hole will not have been misshapen by repeated play.
Picture sleeves and LP inner sleeves will have some slight wear, lightly turned up corners, or a slight seam split. An LP cover may have slight signs of wear also and may be marred by a cut-out hole, indentation or corner indicating it was taken out of print and sold at a discount.
In general, if not for a couple things wrong with it, this would be Near Mint. All but the most mint-crazy collectors will find a Very Good Plus record highly acceptable.
- I do not accept returns. In the event a return is forced, buyer will pay shipping (both ways) and agrees to a restocking fee of 50% of the final sale price (including tax).
