UK 1st press. This copy has the band on the rear with the heads still on. This is the earliest pressing of the sleeve which does not mention 'Kill the Poor' under 'Also Available'. Also states 'Kevin Metcalfe' as 'Mastered By'.
Comes with the poster which is unused. Also comes with inner sleeve.
