NOTES: Rare Xian CCM 1984 LP that I have never seen before. Has a couple modern soul r&b tracks you can hear at links below. Most of the record is more mellow CCM style. I think she has a link to Wings of Light group. Produced and arranged by Terry Winch who worked on other CCM modern soul like Jim Schmidt. Check out tracks:

GRADES: SEALED, NM, EXC, VG+, VG, VG-, G, FAIR, POOR.
I grade strictly under bright light. My highest grade for an unsealed record is NM (NEAR MINT) - a record must look like new to be graded NM! An EXC record will show only slight signs of prior play. A VG+ is a solid used record that should play well but has minor visual flaws. A VG has more obvious flaws BUT is not trashed. Records graded VG- or worse will often play much better than they look.
