Vinyl comes from a smoke free environment. I do NOT offer returns. I will only offer refunds if either of the following issues apply:

*If you receive an item that appears to have been damaged during shipping (does not look like it did in original listing photos). If this is the case, you must contact me (by messaging me first, with photos of damages), and inform me of the issue within 48 hours of delivery. I will check tracking info to verify delivery date and time. You (the buyer) are responsible for opening the package upon receipt and checking the item yourself. Any requests beyond the 48 hour time limit will not be accepted. PLEASE NOTE: If a return is accepted by me, you (the buyer) must pay for return shipping costs, as well as appropriate or (when possible) original wrappings and packaging, before shipping back to me. You will receive a refund upon my receipt of item (in the same condition in which it was received).
