From 1983, this one-owner, elegant Frank Sinatra MFSL(Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab) 16-LP limited edition silver box set is #995(of only 10,000 produced). It contains remastered versions of 16 Capitol concept albums. Each slot in the box holds 2 triple-packaged Japanese virgin vinyl(pure enough to see through in bright light) LPs.
MFSL included an extra slot because they planned to released more Sinatra albums for the set. Indeed, also included is album #17 A JOLLY CHRISTMAS FROM FRANK SINATRA which was released 2 years later and had to be purchased separately from the set(which was sold out by 1985).
The box also includes the original GEO DISC turntable alignment aid AND promotional catalog, flyer with order form and certificate. The sound quality is the best achievable on vinyl. The albums are UNPLAYED except for 2 which were played ONCE when the set was purchased in 1983. Hence, I'm grading the entire set as MINT- condition.
Shipping is $30 because this awesome collection is HEAVY!
