The gatefold album cover is in fair condition with wear on the corners and a small stain on the front. The inner sleeve is in excellent condition. The cut-out insert is in excellent condition. The record is in fair condition with small but noticeable scuffs on each side. Located within this album was an original Washington Post newspaper record review (see photo ). This rare memorabilia is in excellent condition.
