Bob Marley 2 LP Lot Natty Dread And Rastaman Vibration VG+/VG.
For sale are 2 great records by Reggae legend, Bob Marley and the Wailers. Both are in VG or better condition and would be a fine addition to any collection. Please see pics and let me know if you have any questions or if you would like to see more photos. Below are details on the records in this lot:
Natty Dread Marley’s seventh album and the first without Wailers founding members, Peter Tosh and Bunny Wailer. Released in 1974, the album was a commercial and critical success. It peaked at #92 on the US Billboard 200 and at #43 in the UK. Features the classics, “No Woman, No Cry”, “Lively Up Yourself” and the title track. This copy is a 1975 reissue from Santa Maria Press. Vinyl is play graded VG+. Some visible surface marks but nothing deep that can be felt. Plays with mild background noise of static at times but never overwhelming. No skips or jumps. Cover is in VG condition. Apparent shelf wear on corners and seams but no splits. Light ring wear and fading on front and back. Small creases on both sides. Original inner with photos and lyrics is included but a generic white inner is used to protect vinyl. A great listeners copy!
Rastaman Vibration Released by Marley and The Wailers in 1976. This copy is a 1990 Jamaican remastered reissue that was released as part of the 1990 global introduction to the Tuff Gong brand by Island Records. Vinyl is play graded VG. There is a slight warp that is definitely noticeable but does not affect playback. Some light visible surface marks but none that are deep that can be felt. Plays with light background noise at times that is never overwhelming. No skips or jumps. Side 1 label is off center that is a manufacturing error. Cover is in G+ condition. Has seen better days. Considerable shelf wear on corners and seams. All 3 sides are split and taped together. There are creases on front and back as well as ring wear. Despite all this, it holds up well and protects vinyl. A very good listeners copy!
Good luck bidding and thank you for looking!
