·      Clear, non-blurred sleeve

·      1 ½” indentation ring on both sides of the label

·      The Winchester, VA pressing plant logo in the matrix (a hand drawn rifle) and a stamped "bell sound" logo. 

 

ORIGINALLY PRESSED FOR FAN CLUB MEMBERS ONLY BACK IN THE EARLY 1970'S! ORIGINALS HAVE SMALL CIRCLE AROUND HOLE FAKES ARE MUCH BIGGER!
NEVER MADE AVAILABLE FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC, JUST FOR  FAN CLUB MEMBERS!   REDUCED $100.00  IMO THIS LP IS HARDER TO FIND & MORE RARE THAN THE BUTCHER LP LESS MADE!  

LEGITIMATE: In the cube picture, bottom row/left corner, both of Ringo's eyes are clearly visible.  COUNTERFEIT: The right eye is covered by dark shadow.

LEGITIMATE: In the adjacent picture, the words THEATRE ROYAL over Paul and John's heads are legible.  COUNTERFEIT: The words are either not legible or completely washed out.

LEGITIMATE: Slicks are glued to the cardboard, seam on the back is easily noticeable.  COUNTERFEIT: Covers are printed directly on white poster board.      

LEGITIMATE: Title is printed on the spine.  COUNTERFEIT: Title is misaligned or may be printed on back.

LEGITIMATE: Album was manufactured by Capitol Records at its Winchester, Virginia factory. The pressing machines used by Capitol leave a visible 1 1/2" diameter indentation ring located 5/8" from the center hole of the record.  COUNTERFEIT: Indentation ring is significantly larger.

LEGITIMATE: Dead wax has a factory stamp, "Bell Sound" "sf" logo and a hand drawn "Rifle" design.  COUNTERFEIT: No factory stamp. Or, if a stamp, not as deep or defined. Or, "Bell Sound" "sf" appear etched or scratched in. May or may not have the "Rifle" design.
