The Beatles - Let It Be (AR34001, Apple). This record is a little noisy but it is listenable so I rate it very good plus. The gatefold jacket has storage, ring and edge wear but overall in great shape - I'd call it very good plus also. I like to err on the side of caution. I'm not a collector. My opinion of condition is made based on play testing on my own decent but non audiophile gear.
