All of the records come from 1 original owner who left home in the very early 70's where they have been stored properly ever since. There is some minimal writing (numbers and name) on a few records and pic sleeves and some pin holes, scuffing, and a few light tears on the sleeves. Records are in good shape, with no outstanding scratches that appear to be problematic.
