The album box cover top is in fair condition with heavy wear on two corners but no corner splits. The lower box portion is in excellent condition. The inner sleeves are in good condition. The poster is in excellent condition. The records are in good (Sides 2, 5 and 6 have small but noticeable scuffs) to excellent (Sides 1, 3 and 4) condition.
