This is a Parlophone Stereo pressing of the Beatles' Revolver. Side 1 has a YEX 605-1 matrix, and L L to the right of the label. Side two has a YEX 605-2 matrix and N A to the right of the label. The cover lists "Dr. Robert," but the label on side 2 lists "Doctor Robert." Side 2 has some very light hairline scratches. Side one has a visible very light scratch across the first three tracks in a U shape that runs about 3 inches, and a light stratch across tracks 5, 6, and 7. None of the scratches is audible, so I feel confident in rating playback as a solid VG+. The cover lamination still looks good, but there is a slight bend in the right corner, and a couple of other crimps on the front. The back also has a very slight amount of wear. No splittting on the spine, top or bottom. Again, I'd rate it a VG+, perhaps a VG if you're especially picky. I'll include the original inner sleeve.
