Sleeve is Very Good (+) condition
Original Inner sleeve is Very Good (+) condition
Media is Very Good condition - record is glossy, has faint scuffs, plays with slight surface noise in quiet parts.
Side A - has faint scuff marks
Side B - has 1 noticeable deep scratch

I've listened to this album 5-10 times this year. Side A sounds great. Side B plays good too but you can definitely here the click from the scratch on the grooves it crossed.
Record was cleaned using a spin clean washer, air dried, then put in a MoFi sleeve.
Great piece of Megadeth history!
