This listing is for the Higher Ground LP by Doug & Jean Carn, released in 1976 on Ovation Records.  I bought this in the early 80s but don't remember playing it then.  I have test played it prior to listing and it is in fantastic condition, clean throughout.  Your satisfaction is guaranteed!  
Also included in this listing is a 12 inch single of the full 7:07 version of Jean's 1981 recording of Love Don't Love Nobody on TSOP Records.  This record was played once when I first got it and again when tested for sale.  It is the same on both sides and plays perfectly.
