Vinyl Play Grading. I have played the record through both sides and the sound quality is phenominal. I did not detect any clicks or pops throughout and even during the gaps between the songs there was very little in the way of background crackle or hiss, infact in-between some of the tracks all you get is silence.
Vinyl Visual Grading. A Side - There is one mark that I can see on the last track of side one, other than that there are some very light whispey marks, none of which have any affect on the needle, nice and clean. B Side - There are 3 light marks that can be seen on side two, again nothing to affect any needle reaction and again another clean side.  I know a lot of collectors like to get a box ticked when it comes to the actual terminology for grading and some would grade this as near mint but I think Excellent condition is fair, it plays more like a near mint or mint record though.
Outer Sleeve. The outer sleeve is laminated to the front and has a matt black reverse. Even after all these years the laminate still have a mirror like gloss about it but there are some creases in the laminate which you can see in the images. The matt black reverse is clean and tidy with some light 'rubbing' and the odd crease here and there. The Spine has the words "Who Did It!" and "2856 001" which can easily be read although I was not skillfull enough to get my camera to focus on it. With no damage, no seam splits and no writing I think a grading for the sleeve as Excellent would not be unreasonable.
Inner sleeve. The inner sleeve is the "Plastic Bags can be Dangerous" version dated February 1970 (0270) and is in first class condition, just some light creasing on the corners as you would expect and a grading of near mint condition would be more than Fair.
Labels. The labels have detailed pictures of them and whilst there are spindle traces on both sides there is no writing or tears.
In conclusion this is not the museum example that we would all love to see but it is a good straight and honest copy. It plays superbly well, the cover has done its job to protect the vinyl for the last 52 years. Knowing how scarce this is I personally would be more than happy to have this in my collection in this condition.
