Below is the guide I use to grade the records:

Mint - Perfect. Never been played. Sealed.

Near Mint - Vinyl is glossy with no marks.

Excellent - One or two light faint marks from handling.

Very Good+ - A few visible light marks but they do not affect audio.

Very Good - Various light visible marks & scratches. May have a little background crackle or pops and clicks.

Good - Heavy marks and scratches. Audio May be distorted with crackles, pops, skips or jumps.
