In Soviet Russia, like in most of the pre-internet world, children's entertainment mainly came in three formats; state-sponsored live performances, the screen (TV, cinema), or the phonograph. To keep things lively, a wide selection of vinyl records was produced in the Soviet Union, such as this set of five (5) 33 ⅓ RPM fairy tale albums featuring the most popular children's characters!

The records are in very good vintage shape, and come with the original sleeves. The titles are:

1. "Приключения Незнайки" Н. Носов (Adventures of Neznaika) by N. Nosov from 1968. In one fabulous city, there were short men. They were called shorties because they were very small! The adventures of Dunno and his friends, the musician Gusli, the techies Vintik and Shpuntik, the clever Znayka, the artist Tube, and other cheerful (and far from always perfectly behaving) little ones are an eternal children's classic! Here is a part of Marshak's poem Koshkin Dom (The Cat's house). This tale is a play for kids. Everyone knows phrases from this poem because the play is played in all the kindergartens without exception. Simple syllables, light rhymes, and many characters are just suitable for learning by kids and easy for playing in theater performances.
